  the land march

We have been learning about Whina Cooper and how she walked from Cape Reinga to Wellington.

I liked how the people at the meatworks in Morewa dropped their knives and went outside to support the Hikoi.

I think Dame Cooper is pretty cool because she was an old lady and she walked all the way. As she walked to Wellington more and more people joined to support her.

leadership & Goverment

Leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders

It means to be a good leader is to help empower the other people in the team to become leaders themselves. By helping everyone it means the team is stronger and will perform better, and by identifying each person's strengths and weaknesses you can choose where they are best put.

A good leader does not judge a person for any of their differences.

A leader means to me being able to change someone going the wrong way to get them going back the right way,

I think that some good leaders are sports people like netball.

Great leaders don't set out to be a leaders. They sit out to make a Difference

It never about the role-always about the  goal.

And  hes his a We heard Amy Adams talking about how under John Key and Bill English, things would've been acted on decisively and that none of them would be here if they had lost the confidence of the Prime Minister of the day. Well, I've got a two-word question for that. The two-word question is Judith Collins. Why is she still here.
